2. All payments for our services must be made in full and on time per our written contract .

3. We have insurance coverage as required by California State law (CSLB) for  damages or injuries that occur on your property during the course of our services .

4. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your property and any specific requirements.

5. Any changes or cancellations to scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Any disputes or issues arising from our services will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration.
